Estimates and Authorizations
Estimates are based on the work reasonably anticipated at the time they are prepared.
Customers may be asked to approve work verbally, electronically, in writing, or through our shop-management or communication system.
The Rusty Ratchet may contact customers when additional repairs or costs are identified before proceeding with additional authorized work.
Vehicle Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle, including known symptoms, previous repairs, modifications, warning lights, and other information that may assist with diagnosis or repair.
